Document Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish)
Roseville, CA Temporary $20.00 - $22.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

?? Documentation Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Are you the kind of person who understands that a single missing document can delay an entire shipment? Do you have hands-on export shipping experience and a deep appreciation for getting every detail right - the first time?

We're looking for a Documentation Specialist who knows the ins and outs of international trade and export logistics, someone who thrives in a high-stakes environment where accuracy and timeliness aren't just preferred - they're essential.

?? What You'll Do:

This is not an entry-level position. You'll be the go-to expert on export shipping documentation, taking full ownership of the end-to-end process to ensure smooth, compliant global transactions. Your knowledge of export regulations, documentation requirements, and logistics coordination will directly support our success - and the satisfaction of our global clients.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire export shipping documentation process from start to finish.

  • Ensure all shipments meet strict international regulations and documentation standards.

  • Generate and track shipping documents, invoices, and records with precision.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all export activity.

  • Communicate and coordinate between internal departments, freight forwarders, and international clients.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues quickly and professionally.

  • Reconcile financial records across platforms like Excel, Access, Great Plains, and banking portals.

  • Provide world-class customer service and follow-through on every detail.

? What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in export shipping and international documentation.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish - both written and spoken.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

  • Able to stay cool under pressure and meet tight deadlines with confidence.

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting or logistics software.

  • A "do what it takes" attitude and a team-first mindset.
